Acceptable Use Policy
What you may and may not create with AI Clothes Changer, how we moderate content, and how to report misuse.
2026/10/05
This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") applies to everything uploaded to and generated with AI Clothes Changer, including the AI Clothes Changer, AI Clothes Swap and AI Bikini Generator (the "Service"). It explains our content standards, how we moderate content, how to report misuse and what happens when the rules are broken. It is part of our Terms of Service.
1. Scope
This Policy covers:
- Uploaded images: the photos of people and the outfit or swimwear reference images you upload.
- Text inputs: the optional "extra details" you type to adjust an outfit.
- Generated images: every image the Service creates or edits for you.
2. AI models we use
Images are generated by third-party models. The models currently in use are:
- AI Clothes Changer and AI Clothes Swap: GPT Image 2.5 Flare by OpenAI.
- AI Bikini Generator: Qwen 2.1 by Alibaba (Qwen team).
The model behind each tool is also shown under the generate button. All results are AI-generated images, not photographs.
3. Prohibited content
You must not use the Service to create, or attempt to create, any of the following six categories of content:
- Pornography and NSFW content: nudity, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive imagery. Swimwear try-on is allowed only as ordinary swimwear on an adult; requests for nude, see-through or explicit results are prohibited.
- Violence and gore: graphic violence, injury, blood, self-harm or content that glorifies violence.
- Hate speech: content that attacks, demeans or incites hatred against people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or other protected characteristics, including hateful symbols on clothing.
- Child-unsafe content (CSAM): any image of a person under 18. Uploading photos of minors is prohibited on every tool, and any sexual content involving minors will be reported to the authorities.
- Deepfakes and impersonation: images of a real person made without that person's explicit consent, content that impersonates someone, or results used to deceive, harass, defame or embarrass anyone. You may only upload photos of yourself, or of an adult who has given you explicit permission.
- Copyright and trademark infringement: images that copy logos, trademarks, copyrighted characters or designs you do not have the right to use, or results that pass off counterfeit goods as genuine.
Zero tolerance
The following lead to an immediate permanent ban and may be reported to law enforcement:
- Any image of a minor in a sexual or swimwear context, or any child sexual abuse material.
- Non-consensual intimate or sexualized images of a real person.
- Content that promotes terrorism, extremism or mass violence.
Other prohibited conduct
- Passing off AI-generated images as real, unedited photographs in order to deceive.
- Trying to bypass our safety measures, for example by rewording blocked requests.
- Using the Service for spam, fraud or bulk generation of deceptive commercial content.
4. How we moderate content
We combine automated checks with human review:
- Consent and age gate: before generating swimwear, you must confirm the photo is of yourself or of a consenting adult aged 18 or over.
- Fixed prompts: outfit and swimwear styles are described by prompts we write ourselves. The only free text you can add is a short "extra details" note (up to 300 characters).
- Input screening: every "extra details" note is checked against our own blocklist of prohibited terms (minors, nudity, violence, hate symbols, trademarks), which we update as new cases appear, and then by Waffo Prompt Sift, a content-safety service. Blocked requests are not generated and no credits are charged.
- Output filtering: each generation passes through the safety system of the underlying model (OpenAI's moderation for GPT Image, and the provider's NSFW checker for Qwen). Blocked results are never shown and the credits are refunded automatically.
- Private by default: results are only visible in your own account. There is no public gallery.
- Human review: our team reviews every report and the moderation logs, and can remove content or suspend accounts.
No automated system is perfect. If something gets through, please report it.
5. Reporting misuse
To report content or conduct that breaks this Policy, including an image of you created without your consent, email support@aiclotheschanger.co with the subject line "Report". Please include:
- What happened, and the link or a description of the content.
- The account email involved, if you know it.
- How we can reach you.
We keep the reporter's identity confidential. Knowingly false or abusive reports may themselves lead to action.
6. Response times

| High | Deepfakes of real people, hate speech, graphic violence | Within 2 business days | Within 5 business days |
| Standard | Copyright or trademark issues, other violations | Within 3 business days | Within 10 business days |

- Send a warning.
- Delete the violating images and uploads.
- Restrict access to generation features.
- Suspend the account pending review.
- Permanently ban the account, without refund of unused credits.
- Report the matter to law enforcement and cooperate with investigations.
